Use the Thermal Effect for Best Results

It has been hard to get up for my morning jog lately but today I managed it and the world always seems so much better when you are this side of your jog, Jogging is very effective for fat burning but here is one fact that may surprise you; 30 minutes of jogging will only burn 20 calories more than the same time spent walking fast. Another point to remember is that it is the post-jog thermal effect that is most effective in the fat burn. The body uses an enormous amount of calories trying to cool down your body. If you jump into a shower straight after a jog then you are missing out on this valuable fat burning process. Stay in your sweats for at least half an hour, preferably longer. If you do not do this you are missing out on a massive fat burning opportunity, which after all you have done all the work to achieve, only to wash it away in the shower.
